特殊银钎料

Sopormetal提供多種類型的釬焊合金，用於金剛石工具段以及碳化物和碳化鎢領域。
這些材料通常包括鎳和錳（或兩者），以促進碳化鎢的潤濕，以增加其機械強度。這些合金也可以層壓或三金屬錶帶的形式提供，後者由兩層銀和一層銅組成。
該技術降低了冷卻過程中由於鎢和“鋼”母材之間的熱膨脹差異而產生的殘餘應力，在連接基於大於1.2 mm的碳化鎢的管段時尤其重要直徑較大的表面上。
