LOW TEMPERATURE FLUXES

These flows were developed in accordance with the new “Baixo borax” environmental rules, meeting the most stringent requirements of the market. They are developed in accordance with three environmental safety rules:

• Great coverage effect: protection of the fusion baths;
• Agglutination effect - agglutination of oxides during the welding process;
• Cleaning effect - removal of oxides in the welding joint, facilitating capillarity;
• Capillarity effect - increase in capillarity characteristics, filling the joint in its entirety.

These properties give them high performance when compared to traditional market flows.
All of them have been developed for specific applications and temperature ranges.
