COPPER PHOSPHORUS ALLOYS WITH SILVER

They are alloys composed of phosphorus copper and silver with different characteristics and self-stripping in copper / copper brazing. This property gives them the possibility to eliminate the need for stripping in the course of the application process.
Due to their silver content, they are alloys with a very different degree of plasticity and flexibility, giving them properties of mechanical resistance to the effects of vibration and flexibility, when applied to pipes subject to constant fatigue effects in the refrigeration sector and all types of "HAVAC" industries.
Its application is particularly recommended in the refrigeration sectors, plumbing sector in copper / copper tubes as well as in sanitary circuits in central heating.
It is not recommended to use nickel or iron based materials because the welding joint becomes brittle.
All references can be produced on rods, wire, preformed, and some can also be produced in the form of a laminated belt.
